Design Studio in Ngatea!

Late last year marked the official launch of Berns & Co, the brainchild collaboration between Bernadette and Malcolm. With this exciting venture came the decision to utilize the vacant space adjacent to Paton Kitchens for our design studio. This space, a true labor of love, has exceeded our expectations in its ability to welcome clients and showcase our designs and finishes, separate from the dazzling kitchen showroom.

Affectionately dubbed our "messy space," it's where our creative spirits roam free amidst scattered samples. And, truth be told, there's a playful blame game for the mess—though Malcolm often finds himself at the center of it all. Despite the chaos, this space has also played host to memorable events like our wine and design night in December, where laughter and creativity filled every corner, from the meeting table to the carpeted floor.

Looking ahead, we're eager to infuse this space with even more personality. We're considering the idea of housing select furniture pieces for clients to interact with, adding another layer of tactile experience to their design journey.

One of the greatest joys is knowing that our studio is conveniently accessible to clients from the Hauraki District and Coromandel Peninsula. No longer do they need to trek to major cities like Hamilton, Auckland, or Tauranga—our studio is right at their doorstep.

We extend a warm invitation to all clients to drop by for a chat with one of our designers, whether you're seeking guidance or simply reassurance that you're on the right path. This studio is for you, and we encourage you to take full advantage of it. Reach out to us at [insert email address/phone number] to schedule your appointment. Let's bring your design dreams to life, right here at Berns & Co..
